The Kentwood Gallery of Luxury Homes magazine reaches over 70,000 homes in Denver and the suburbs. Here you will see some of Denver’s finest luxury homes and custom homes for sale.
The Old Gallery Magazine
The Gallery Magazine was my main job focus when I worked for Kentwood Real Estate. One of the challenges of this magazine is that since it mainly featured luxury homes, the vertical format didn’t work well for covers and photography.
I was tasked with re-designing the magazine in a horizontal format and updating the look and feel.

Colors
I kept with the same overall color scheme of green and gold to match the logo, however I went with a much darker forest green color and a richer gold.
Typography
Headings are Trajan Pro and the body copy is Helvetica.

Please note that the entire magazine process including organizing orders for ads, page layout, typography and design, cover art, external ads and managing our print vendor and mailing lists were all by me. (Photography was provided by the agents, but photo editing & enhancing was done by me.)
